Returns & Exchanges

At Woven, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and include the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and attach it securely to your return package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location listed on your return instructions.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
